2022 Financial Literacy Conference College Savings Plan Drawing

How to enter: During the promotion period, March 29, 2022 to April 30, 2022, register for and attend a session associated with the Financial Literacy Conference. The registration form can be accessed from the page you are currently on by clicking on the available sessions.

One entry allowed per session attended.

Prize and drawing details: At the end of the promotion period, OnPoint, in partnership with Financial Beginnings, will randomly select one (1) winning attendee who will receive $1,000 awarded as a deposit into a new or existing Oregon College Savings Plan account. Winner does not need to be present at time of selection to win. One (1) winner will be chosen from all eligible entries for conference sessions occurring over the course of the 2022 Financial Literacy Conference. All federal and state taxes and all other expenses relating to the prize(s) are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitutions or transfers are permitted except at the sole discretion of OnPoint. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the promotion period. The winner must identify and provide details related to the college savings plan beneficiary including beneficiary name, address, date of birth, Social Security number or tax ID. This information will be provided directly to the Oregon College Savings Plan administrator per the standard plan opening or deposit procedures. The $1,000 prize will be deposited directly into the beneficiary account with the Oregon College Savings plan.

Notification: Winner does not need to be present at selection to win. OnPoint will contact the winner via the contact information provided as part of the 2022 Financial Literacy Conference registration form. The winner will have ten (10) calendar days from notification to accept the prize by contacting the Financial Education Team at [email protected] or the Oregon College Savings Plan directly. If a selected winner fails to claim a prize or provide the beneficiary information required by the Oregon College Savings Plan, an alternate winner will be selected. By accepting and/or using the prize, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name and likeness for the purpose of advertisement, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions: By participating in the 2022 Financial Literacy Conference College Savings Plan Drawing, entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnPoint Community Credit Union, Financial Beginnings, Oregon State Treasury, Oregon College Savings Plan and their respective agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, and employees from any injuries, losses, damages, claims, and actions of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the 2022 Financial Literacy Conference College Savings Plan Drawing or acceptance, possession, use, or inability to use the prize that may be awarded. No party affiliated with the drawing is responsible for printing or typographical errors on any 2022 Financial Literacy Conference College Savings Plan Drawing-related materials; or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, mutilated, postage due, or illegible entries. If in OnPoint's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the 2022 Financial Literacy Conference College Savings Plan Drawing, or any action that affects the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the OnPoint 2022 Financial Literacy Conference College Savings Plan Drawing, OnPoint reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries OnPoint believes have been submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the 2022 Financial Literacy Conference College Savings Plan Drawing, or terminate the 2022 Financial Literacy Conference College Savings Plan Drawing and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. For a list of the prize winner(s), send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to OnPoint Community Credit Union, PO Box 3750, Portland, OR 97208-3750, Attn: Education Program Manager - 2022 Financial Literacy Conference College Savings Plan Drawing after the end of the promotion period. The list will be available to requests received on or before May 31, 2022.

Eligibility: The 2022 Financial Literacy Conference College Savings Plan Drawing is open to all individuals eighteen (18) years or older as of March 29, 2022. Employees, directors, volunteers, and individuals living in the same household for OnPoint, Financial Beginnings and the Oregon College Savings Plan and Oregon State Treasury are ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 2022 Financial Literacy Conference College Savings Plan Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and accept decisions of OnPoint as final in all matters relating to this promotion.
